Piping – Cleaning / obstruction

The application of high and ultrahigh pressure water has given a new dimension in compound descaling and obstruction removal of pipes. Moreover, the addition of emerging hydroblasting technologies to the existing ones has contributed to further development of the sector, resulting in a series of significant advantages:

• Removal of various compounds from inside the pipes including cement, rubber, epoxy paint, oil, fuel oil, waxes, resins, rust and others
• Avoidance of costly and time-consuming excavation and disassembly works
• Ability to descale and remove obstructions from a single access point
• The use of rotating heads allows a lot longer pipe runs when compared to conventional methods
• Does not damage the internal of the pipes
• No need for manned entry

Following the sector’s technological advances, our company invests in continuously updating its equipment in order to further improve the quality of the offering services in local and overseas projects. As the conventional method (manual) with nozzles and high pressure hoses has a limited range of use, our company has added Rotofan at its disposal. This equipment operates in almost any location or conditions and allows the rotating head to travel up to 200 meters inside pipes, while launching high pressure water. This smart technology uses the energy from the rotating head to travel through pipes while retaining sufficient strength to blast out any obstructions.
