Our company for LUVO’s cleaning uses high pressure water jetting targeting
the interior space between the plates. To achieve this, our experienced staff puts the nozzles radially inside the tube from both sides of the rotor (top and bottom). While it rotates, the water beams hit the contaminants along the entire area. During cleaning, the rotational speed of the rotor is controlled by an inverter whose goal is to maintain the desired speed that allows the contaminants to be completely removed. The advantages of hydrodynamic cleaning include:
- Better results than other cleaning methods
- No need to uninstall and reinstall the plates
- Faster results and thus lower downtime
- There is no impact on the environment
